2011

 

Since 2011, SIEE has expanded industrial investment and set up multiple regional environmental protection subsidiaries. Focusing on denitrification EPC projects, it also developed cement kiln co-processing technologies and compiled relevant national industry standards.

2014

 

Starting from 2014, the Company adopted dual development of EPC engineering and industrial investment, and established multiple joint ventures with major cement enterprises. A number of hazardous waste and domestic waste disposal projects were successively approved and put into operation.

2010

 

SIEE was registered and established on December 28, 2010, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its registered address and office are located at Sinoma International Building, No.16 Wangjing North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

2012

 

Nanjing Sinoma Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. mainly engaged in denitrification EPC projects, and actively explored cement kiln co-disposal technologies and industrial investment. It undertook key national water special projects and compiled national standards for cement kiln co-disposal of domestic waste, sludge and hazardous waste, as well as flue gas denitrification.

2017

 

Yicheng and Songzi domestic waste projects of Gezhouba Jiexin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., an invested enterprise, were approved.

2018

The company jointly established Huainan CNBM Tengfeng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. with individual shareholder Wang Xianliang, with a registered capital of RMB 70 million and SIEE holding a 51% equity stake. On October 29, 2018, SIEE co-founded Linyi Guojian Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. with Linyi Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 50 million and SIEE holding a 50% equity stake.

2015

 

The hazardous waste project of Liyang Company was approved.

2016

 

The company signed EPC contracts for domestic waste projects with Handan Jinyu, Sinoma Anhui, and Gezhouba Yicheng. On December 8, 2016, has jointly established Shanxi Taoyuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. with Shanxi Haorun Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Taoyuan Dongyi Cement Co., Ltd., with SIEE holding a 20% equity stake.

2023

 

SIEE restructured the alternative fuel management system and established seven regional companies, gradually forming a national business layout. Four collection, storage and processing centers in Zaozhuang, Xuzhou, Liyang and Luoyang were put into operation.  

2024

 

In 2024, SIEE realized integrated operation with Sinoma Water Science & Technology. Approved by CNBM Group, SIEE was designated as the core platform for the group’s alternative fuel industry. By the end of 2024, its annual alternative fuel production capacity reached 1.2 million tons.

2020

 

In 2020, SIEE jointly established Jiangsu Zhongtian Gongkang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. with Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Kanghe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., with SIEE holding a 40% equity stake.

2022

 

In 2019, Sinoma International increased capital injection, raising SIEE’s registered capital to 150 million yuan. In subsequent years, the Company further deepened joint-venture cooperation in environmental protection business.
