Established in June 2012 with a registered capital of RMB 500,000. Core business: environmental services related to alternative fuels for cement kiln co-processing.Provides alternative fuel solutions for 15 production lines of Southern Cement.

Incorporated on December 31, 2025 with a registered capital of RMB 9 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinoma Environment, mainly responsible for the investment and construction of the Aksu Alternative Fuel Processing Center Project.  value. 

Liyang Sinoma Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.

In 2024, SIEE realized integrated operation with Sinoma Water Science & Technology. Approved by CNBM Group, SIEE was designated as the core platform for the group’s alternative fuel industry. By the end of 2024, its annual alternative fuel production capacity reached 1.2 million tons.
