Sinoma Overseas Development Co., Ltd. (“Sinoma Overseas”) was founded in 1988, tracing its roots to the Supply and Distribution Bureau under the former Ministry of Building Materials Industry and the Building Materials Bureau of the People’s Republic of China. Sinoma Overseas is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SINOMA International Engineering Co., Ltd. (SINOMA International), belonging to China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM)

Sinoma Overseas is one of the earliest Chinese enterprises in the building material industry to “go abroad”. As a large comprehensive engineering service provider with a global vision, Sinoma Overseas has its business footprint in countries and regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, carrying strong clout in the international engineering market. The four pillar business sectors of Sinoma Overseas are cement EPC+, Wind Power & New Energy & Greentec Projects, localized operation and investment, and diversified projects and services.
