The Equipment is an online combustion technology deployed at the kiln inlet. Alternative fuels feature complex combustion characteristics, large particle sizes and high moisture content. Direct feeding of such fuels is prone to causing substantial fluctuations in the clinker calcination conditions. To enables the online drying, pyrolysis and combustion of alternative fuels and expands material adaptability. It not only mitigates the impact of alternative fuels on clinker output and pollutant emissions and reduces the pre-treatment cost of raw materials, but also improves the calorific value utilization efficiency.
