There are great differences in bulk density, moisture content and compressibility among various alternative fuels. This easily leads to equipment blockage and material interruption, or severe fluctuation of feeding capacity, which further causes unstable consumption of calcining pulverized coal and results in poor thermal condition stability of the kiln system. Therefore, this equipment is mainly used for accurate metering and stable feeding of alternative fuels before they are fed into the precalciner at the kiln inlet.
