Integrated Alternative Fuel Batching Scale

According to the required calorific value, it proportions multiple types of alternative fuels, and sets the output for the corresponding weighing scales of each material. Materials are fed by loader or grab bucket, and the Batching Scale performs real-time feedback regulation based on the set output. After being metered by the Batching Scale, multiple materials are blended and conveyed into the precalciner to achieve quantitative feeding. The system can be used as a weighing and metering device before alternative fuels enter the kiln, so as to control and adjust the feed rate.
